Completion and Acceptance of Gansu Energy and Chemical 900,000-Ton Coal Mine Project
Gansu Energy & Chemicals announced that it recently received the "Receipt of Coal Mine Construction Project Completion Acceptance Filing" from the Gansu Provincial Energy Bureau. Jingmei Group's Jingtai Coal Industry Co., Ltd.'s Baiyanzi Mine and coal wash plant have completed the quality certification of individual projects, as well as special inspections on fire protection facilities, soil and water conservation facilities, occupational disease prevention facilities, environmental protection facilities, and safety facilities, and have passed the comprehensive project completion acceptance.
In the context of increasingly scarce coal resources, this news not only marks the smooth progress of the project construction but also lays a solid foundation for future production and operation.
It is understood that Jingtai Coal Industry is a holding subsidiary under Gansu Energy & Chemicals, mainly responsible for the construction of the Baiyanzi coal mine and coal wash plant. The mine is designed with a production capacity of 900,000 tons per year. According to detailed survey reports, the mine has a coal resource of 90.758 million tons, including 47.363 million tons of gas coal and 43.395 million tons of coking coal.
The Baiyanzi mine has a coal resource of as much as 90.76 million tons. For the relatively scarce coking coal market, this enormous resource reserve will undoubtedly provide strong support for Gansu Energy & Chemicals in future market competition.
With the completion of the acceptance inspections, Gansu Energy & Chemicals' production and operation will enter a new stage. With the Baiyanzi mine going into operation, the future profit outlook is expected to improve.
Looking ahead, Gansu Energy & Chemicals’ layout in coal resource development and utilization will provide strong momentum for the company's sustainable growth. As the market environment continues to change, the company will actively respond and adjust its strategies to achieve higher economic and social benefits.
